Rights to dividends

Systemair’s shareholders are entitled to a share of any surpluses in the event of any winding-up in relation to the number of shares which they hold. There are no restrictions for dividends or special procedures for shareholders resident outside of Sweden. A goal is decided for the dividends, to amount to 30% of the profit of the year after taxes.
The dividend for the financial year 2008/2009 was decided by the AGM 3 September 2009 to 0,75 SEK per share, in total 39 MSEK which is 16.4% of the profit after taxes. The dividend is distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB. The reason for the lower dividend is tha present market situation but also that the market situation probably will give possibilities to new acquisitions.
